NOC SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Monitoring NMS alarm
• Analyst and solved problem first level
• Support and crosscheck customer tickets
• Lead and supervise the shifting teams
• Report weekly or monthly
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree majoring Electrical
Telecommunication / IT from reputable university
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position
• Have a good knowledge about Metro-E and G-Pon Network
• Have a good knowledge about network monitoring concepts and management tools
• Proven experience in diagnosing network and service issues, following them through to resolution
• Have good knowledge in troubleshooting and analyze skill especially on transmission switch/router, OLT, ONT, fiber optic, rectifier and power
• Have a good knowledge about programming will be an advantage
• Familiar in operating MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
