Role & Responsibilities:
• Technical visit customer internet connectivity in Regional Area
• Manage vendor MS
• Support HO team for handling problems in Regional Area
• Support in checking POP problems
(Corrective & Preventive)
• Operational and Maintenance Corporate Customer (FO &
Wireless)
• Standby 24×7 for incident management (critical disruption in
the area)
• Support tacility team if there is any
critical problems in PoP
Requirements:
• D3/S1 in Telecommunication major background or any related
field
• At least 2 years of experiences in related area and
telecommunication industry
• Excellent verbal communication skill
• Excellent project management skill
• Basic training Mikrotik
• Willing to located in Semarang, Yogyakarta, Banywangi,
Salatiga, Solo, Bandung, Cirebon, Jember, Malang, and Kediri
