Salary:
Rp150 million/month (exclude bonus etc.)
Requirements:
- Age max. 45 years old
- At least 15 years of experience in IT Services as a sales managerial level
- At least have 5 years of experience working with/selling Cloud System
- Has experience in local SI seems to be more adaptable, but Cloud SI is preferred
- Has strong technology sales background with managed services components and/or a heavy SaaS
- Experience in managing global team
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Loyal to company proved by continued working with prior company for min. 3 years
Job Descriptions:
- Will be managing a team of 36-50 members
- Managing overall P&L in order to keep a good balance with staffing and overall costing
- Distribute individual quota to the team but responsibility should be taken from country perspective
- Strategically come up with the plan to enlarge business growth, risk and investment plan
